PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION AND PROCESSING POLICY (KVKK)

ONS ALÜMİNYUM (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "Data Controller") presents the following statement to ensure the lawful collection, storage, and sharing of your personal data and to protect your privacy.

The main categories of personal data processed are: Identity (Name, Surname), Contact (Phone, Email, Address), Professional Information (Title, Company Name), Financial Information (Bank/Invoice Details), and Transaction Security Information (IP address, cookies).

1.4 Methods of Collecting Personal Data and Legal Basis

Your personal data is collected fully or partially by automatic means, or by non-automatic means provided that it is part of a data recording system; in physical environments (contracts, printed forms) and electronic environments (website, email, telephone, mobile applications).

Collection activities are based on the following legal grounds specified in Article 5 of the KVKK:

  • It is explicitly provided for by law.

  • It is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract.

  • It is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation.

  • It is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject are not harmed.

  • Existence of explicit consent (for situations requiring consent such as marketing, promotion).

1.5 Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred to our business partners, suppliers, legally authorized public institutions and organizations, and judicial authorities in cases required by legal obligations, in line with the processing purposes mentioned above and in accordance with the conditions in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.

1.6 Data Subject Rights (KVKK Article 11)

As personal data subjects, you have the following rights:

  1. To learn whether your personal data is processed.

  2. To request information if your personal data has been processed.

  3. To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used appropriately for its purpose.

  4. To request the rectification if data is processed incompletely or incorrectly, and to request that this situation be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred.

  5. To request the erasure or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions specified in the KVKK.

  6. To request compensation for damages in case of suffering damage due to unlawful processing.

2. EXPRESS CONSENT DECLARATION FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

This section is used only for situations that require explicit consent by law (e.g., sending newsletters, marketing activities) and should be obtained with a separate checkbox.

Pursuant to Article 5/1 of the KVKK, I consent to the processing of my personal data for the following activities requiring explicit consent.
